I am a new member
I have a m130 and I cannot open the Palm desktop. I get the message "cannot intialize rich text support". I saw a message from last Aug about this problem and wonder if there was ever a solution to shortwort's question. Any advice would be appreciated. I have called Palm twice and they say it is not a Palm problem it is Windows. I have WIndows 98.
