I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this but I have some questions that I can't seem to find the answers for.
Our network runs Exchange. I'm starting to see people with the Treo 700 phones running Pocketpc. They have the option to use VPN to connect to our network. None of our IT people have gotten any information or training on PocketPc as of yet because it's not a support system for our company.
My questions are:
1. What would the user need to do to use VPN to connect and get his email in the pocketpc outlook? We have enabled VPN on his user account so he can connect using a PC from a highspeed connection.
2. Is there a good resource out there that we could use in order to be able to configure things both on our network and on these phones so people can use them? I'm looking for info that would relate to a System Admin or Engineer rather than the end user.
We also run a blackberry server. Right now our only option is to have the user open a browser window and use Webmail to log in .. it's not realtime emailing tho since they have to stop and log in to view emails. I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more of the pocketpc phones coming down the road.
