Hi everybody;
First of all, I should say I found so many usefull info about my Garmin iQueM5 on that forum site. Thanx everybody for that.

I bought it 1 year ago. I started to use it first Miami to Tampa and I found it amazing.But so many problems started to occure sudden.

My major problem is that The Bluetooth icon located on bottom of the today screen, disappeard suddenly. I tried to use bluetooth using BTexplorer. When I try it, the message "Unable to open bluetooth device" appeares.
1. It occured after I installed V2.60 US. I tried 2.50 the same: nothing cahnged
2. I use wi-fi adapter Ambicom. I wonder if it did that or not.
3. I made hard reset using the keys record and contacts but no change.

Is there anybody knows how to fix it?

I understand. No i have not any contact yet. I have Best Buy 4 yr performance service. I will post it back to Best Buy. They will try to fix it but I think They can not. As a result they will replace it. (I think so) I know just they should it. If they can achive to fix it I will inform you (at least how they can).

Is the Bluetooth icon must be replaced bottom of the today screen available?
If the answer is yeaah, the solution is hard reseting. Answer is no, unfortunatelly no any solution from Garmin. I replaced it within Guaranty Period.

Goodluck

I called Garmin support and a hard reset fixed the problem - but now I'm back to the original configuration.

I'm afraid to update to the 2.60 release, but I might try it anyway. If bluetooth disappears again, at least I know how to fix it.
