move pgp or gmovie files to ms without sync

hi just wonderin, does anyone know if its possible to move pgp or gmovie files to an external ms drive- hotsyncing to ms takes too long

how did you do that?

click file, output services and instead of clicking install on on next hotsync, click on output sony handheld format to memory stick
