Ringtones & themes?

I am looking for utilities that I can use to create ringtones and utilities i can use to create themes on windows mobile phones.

I did some googling, but with the plethora of tools out there, i thought it'd be best to ask around before i jump into a bunch of bad tools blindly by myself.

Also, I am interested in some good freeware sites where I can get some themes and ringtones for windows mobile.

Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks!

You can use any mp3 files as ringtones, just put them in Windows\Rings Folder. Any programs that you already use (such as Windows Media Player or Winamp) to convert cd to mp3 will work. dBpowerAMP is another good tool;
