Hi:
I´m trying to find some files or "modules" in the PALM TX that are from their operative system: "PPP", "Network Pref" and "Phone pref".

In the list of files in the main window of the PALM TX, I find some files of the Operative system: PPP, Pref, but they are with a symbol of a Lock and when I tried to send it via IrDa, they appear a window saying that are Protected against copies, so I can´t send it or use it.

Do you know how to send this protected files via Irda o active sync?
Do you know something about how to find the modules of : "PPP", "Network Pref" and "Phone Pref" in the PALM OS Garnet?? and if they are, how to send it via Irda or Active Sync??

System files such as the ones you are looking for are in ROM and as such are not beamable. I know of no known program that will allow ROM beaming of a NVFS device file structure such as for the T5, LD, TX or 650.

There are some that have successfully "hacked" the ROM of a 650 but I don't know if the TX would be similar enough to "hack". You can scan the threads over at TreoCentral to see how it's been done.
