I just bought a 3630 for an extremely low price. One problem with it though, the screen is messed up. Everything displays upside down and blurry. It changes to normal sometimes but most of the time it is un usable.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

If it's still under warranty with hp/compag, call them. If not, there're several places that offer repair service.

I had some trouble with my IPAQ. I called HP (Hewlitt Packard) - you can find them on the web-since they bought out Compaq) The service was incredible ! They sent a mailing envelope (arrived the next day) -- so we could ship it to a local company for repair. My unit is being repaired (different problem than yours) -- you might also wish to email their technical support. They sent me several e-mails suggesting how I might fix my particular problem, before we determined a send out repair was required. Again, their service was incredible.
