Hotsync Catagories

New catagories (with new memo created) or the change of catagory for an existing memo are not updated when hotsync is performed. I'm not seeing updates on the treo when the updates were made in outlook, or visa-versa.

The default is to sync, so I'm expecting to see any new memos, new catagories, or changes on the treo after hotsync.

Not happening.

Any ideas?
