HotSync Help

I am running Windows XP Pro.

When I try to Hotsync, I get the message:

Selected port, Com1, is not available at thie time.
HotSync Manager will open the port when it becomes available.

The serial port is enabled in the BIOS and there is nothing else used with it. I am at a loss as to how to fix this, any clues where to start? I get this message even after updating my palm and hotsync software. The help files for the COMMPORT are not very helpful :(

Figured it out!

I went back into the Bios, and changed the serial port from Auto to COM1 and she hotsync'd like a charm!
