Jornada 568 Screen Replacement

Does anyone know where to find a replacement screen for the 56x series? Aftermarket or OEM makes no difference... but the touchscreen on mine is cracked in the upper right corner, making it impossible to close windows/dialogues! It looks like a fairly simple replacement if I could find the part...

None whatsoever. I finally just listed the Jornada as-is on eBay and bought a Dell Axim to replace it.

As Gandalf has discovered, there seems to be no one out there with access to Jornada parts - HP has the monopoly via it's service centres ($$$).

As compaq & HP are now 'partnered' you may be able to find an Ipaq 3rd party repair/parts supplier who is able to source the part. Try mailing a request at gethightech.com or ipaqrepair.com, With a bit of luck they may be able to push their sources to provide the stuff!!
