Hi,
Over the past couple of weeks my HP5450 has not displayed the Fingerprint option at start. The password option is set at "Finger print OR pin."
Anyone tell me how to get the print back again?
Than you

Have you tried soft-reset the iPAQ? And haveyou installed any software recently? If you still have problems you may have to do hard reset, if you don't have backup make sure to sync your data to the desktop before hard reset.

Hi,
Thanks for your help on this one AnswerDude. The soft reset and deleting a recently added program has fixed the problem.
The deleted program was Orionic, once it was installed David Andrs Birthdays no longer worked- but have also had a clash between programs in the past. When I previously loaded HASA- handheld audio spectrum analyser- Birthdays and other functions no longer worked.
I have been unable to find how to load programs onto my 128 MB SD card instad of the machine's own memory. I want to do so, believe that will allow me to load HASA and ORIONIC- both excellent programs I'd like to use- without what I take to be a memory size problem causing the clash between various programs.
Can anyone help me on this?
Thanks

To install applications on storage card, after running installer on the desktop, activesync add/remove programs will ask if you want to install to default location, choose No, and then select storage card.
