iPAQ RW6828 Experience & Question

Just returned from HK to USA with my first PDA - HP iPAQ RW6828. Overall very happy with the unit. Thought I did a good job of research but suprised with no camera flash. Battery life is good after you turn off all non-needed functions.

Question, having trouble transferring music files using Exlporer file drag and drop to the iPAQ, any suggestions?

What version of activesync are you using on the desktop? Click Explore on desktop activesync once you sync your iPAQ and try copy and paste that way. If you want to copy to external memory card, it will be much faster and easier to use usb card reader atttaching to the desktop.

Noted on copy to mem card, good idea.
Also just noted that when adding 3 email accounts to Outlook the battery life is shorter yet nothing is running that I can find, any ideas?

Do you have wifi on and have activesync set to use mobile schedule to sync?
And check in Inbox setup, there's a "Connect and check for messages every ..."

wifi works well and active sync works well. Problem was moving selected music files to MyMusic on PDA. Took your advise and copied to mem card on desktop and used that way in PDA.
