hp 5555 no touch screen function

accidently my handheld got sprayed with raid , took it apart to dry it, removed most outter glass, put back together turns on but touch screen not working help what did i break? :confused:

Perhaps the touch-screen/digitizer layer itself was damaged by the spray, i'm sure that type of spray can be corrosive.
