Fn key

hi, i wonder if there's a way to toggle the Fn key on and off with succeeding keypresses? Note that I'm talking about a toggle, not something like Psiloc or StickyKeys, which only cause the Fn key to hang for a while after each keypress.

I read ebooks on the revo plus and it's a bother having to keep the Fn key pressed down just to get page downs.

It would probably be easier to create a macro (or similar) that generated page-down key presses. Perhaps a program designed for editing the keyboard (for foreigners) could be mis-used?
