iQUE 3200 maps don't load

I just received an iQue 3200.... My first PDA and GPS!
Unfortunately when I try to load the complete maps to the computer, the CD locks up at the 00127822.img file. It happens repeatedly.

I got around that by loading only the CA map. Plenty of space on HD so that's not the problem. Seems like a bad CD1 of CitySelectNAv6.

Guess I'll call Garmin tomorrow, but if anyone has an idea about what's wrong, or how to get/download the files I need, I'd appreciate hearing from you.

I can send them to you if you send me an email. I personally need help installing the darn maps on my iQue 3200. I just bought one, but there wasnt a 25 digit code or 7 digit code in the box. Im furious! Any suggestions?

I sent you my email by private message.

The code you need is on a rather small (4" x6") piece of yellow/orange paper. There is a large barcode at the bottom of the page. I almost overlooked it myself, hopefully you will find it.

If not, perhaps you can you return the entire unit for a replacement since it is missing an essential part.
