Shortcut to the folder

I was trying to find out this information,but so far had no luck! I want to place on the desktop a Shortcut to one of my mini-SD card folders(much like it is done on the regular PC: right click>new> shortcut).
Can this be done with IPAQ. I need to use this folder often.

Yes, tap and hold on the iPAQ is similar to right click on the desktop. Tap and hold on Storage Card folder, select copy and browse to location you want the shortcut to be then on the toolbar at the bottom click Edit - Paste Shortcut

But what if I am trying to put this short cut right on the Today screen(the screen that you see when you have nothing running - it is like the "desktop" screen for the PC)
