Analog modem for SJ30

I was just wondering if anyone knows if Sony PEGA-MD700 56K Modem is compatible with SJ30?

they mention the N and S series, but on a website i saw it under SJ30's accessory list, while as another site not mentioning it.

is the "S" and "SJ" series the same? If anybody can clear this up i would be most grateful.

Also, if there is an alternative internet connection device for SJ30 (such as third party products) i would like to know as well

i so far havent been able to find a modem for my sj30

but why wouldnt it work? it says S series, is there a difference in S and SJ's connection that would not allow it to work?

the s series has a diferent connecter then the sj series- this is because they were made before sony started puting the same connecter on all of their models
