I am debating installing mobil 5 however I am not sure.I understand after installation it could have problems. I also understand there are patches to fix the problems. How difficult would it be installing the patches. Also could I revert to 2003 if I had to.

Thanks Karl

The upgrade will probably not cause serious problems such as unit not working at all, but your iPAQ may be less responsive and runs slower than before. Here's a short list of what you should do after the upgrade;

You can take a look and deceide if you are comfortable doing them. If you are presently happy with how your unit is performing and you have no real need for presistant storage feature of WM 5.0, there's no real reason to upgrade. During the upgrade process you will have a chaance to backup old OS and you can revert back later with the same utility.

I second that.
