HotSync Problem

I recently changed the batery in the Wife's m515 in an attempt to resurrect the beast. I also reinstalled the Palm S/W. Now when I atempt to HotSync thngs go fine until the very end when I get a"runtime error Program:c:/palm/hotsync.exe R6025."

I've seen quite a few references to various forms of he error but nothing that seems to suggest a solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
