Hi,
I have a Qtek 2020i which my company sends jobs to via IMAP e-mail for me. The problem I have is that the company firewall only lets certain IP addresses through & my home internet connection ic not one of the allowed range. When my device is connected by Activesync I can browse the Internet ok on the device but I am unable to receive company e-mails (my pop3 e-mails come in ok from my ISP). Is there a way to force collection of e-mails over GPRS whilst connected to Activesync?
All help would be appreciated.
