I've got a Palm V that is experiencing boot problems. When I power up the unit, I get the Palm logo and it sits there. The only other noticable item is a small, pulsating, dot in the top left corner of the display. When the unit gets into this state, it cannot be powered off with the power button.
I've read that it could be the contrast button sticking or other buttons sticking but everything seems free.
Got a query into Palm but nothing yet.
