Lost contact list/calendar

My T/E has been freezing a lot lately. Yesterday I reset it for the bazillionth time and left it to cool off for a while. Today I powered it on and it's acting like I just upacked it for the first time- nothing listed on my calendar, blank contact list, etc. I hotsynced a few times to no avail, although one application (Epocrates) did get added during the second sync.

My contact list and calendar are current on the palm desktop, but it seems syncing will not transfer everything to my handheld.

I have pretty limited knowledge about handhelds in general. Does anyone know what I can do to get back up and running? :confused:

Hi JeanieGirl,

If you have been performing regular HotSync operations, your personal data and applications have been backed up on your desktop computer, in your user folder.

To get to your folder click here (http://www.palmone.com/cgi-bin/cso_kbURL.cgi?ID=26674):
