Password Management Software

Hi...can anyone recommend a free download for software that manages passwords and sensitive info on Pocket PC? I just purcahsed a Garmin iQue M4 and would like to migrate all my passwords, bank account info, PINS, etc. into it from my old Sony Clie.

Any insights would be appreciated.
