Hi,
I posted a ? yesterday re facilitating compatibility between my mac and sony clie t615, the reply I received was to purchase missing sync software. I bought the software online and downloaded it, however when I clicked to install it a message said file corrupted, I have been attempting to contact markspace (software mnfr) for support via phone and email but no response does anyone have advise for me?
Please help!!

As far as Markspace goes, I have never dealt with them. Once you get your money back, try Palm's own version of the desktop software. Here is the link:

I just loaded Jaguar (Mac OS 10.2) onto my G3, and I am going to try Palm's software soon.
