Is IM on BB worthwhile?

Anyone using it?

I'm using the itrezzo IM and I'm really pleased with it, it let's me make changes from my BlackBerry and the 30 day trial they gave me let me 'kick the tires' . Some of my users are on the road all the time and this way they only need to give their customers an 800 number.

I was surprised that it worked so well, it even held my messages when my BB was out of range. My sales people use it all the time and think it's great, they're able to respond to customers from their BB's rather than wait til they get to a landline and they only have to give out one number. You can also send it a message to call you at whatever number you tell it and it calls and plays you the voice mail.
