Moving Tracks as Waypoints to IQUE

I am using GPSBABEL to convert the .MPS file, drag and dropping the resulting .GPX file onto "WaypointsToiQue.vbs". I am getting this error message.

What am i doing wrong?

Give me more info and maybe I can help. First, if you have a .mps track file and convert it to a .gpx file, it is then a track file in .gpx format. Converting the format to .gpx does not make it a waypoint file. If you are trying to extract waypoints from a track file and load them into the IQue 3600, go to this link to see how that is done:

What is the source of your track file? What is"WaypointsToiQue.vbs"?
