Well, having installed the keyboard, thanks for help. I restarted the Ipaq and when it asked for my password it would not recognize my stylus. While restarting again. It froze and crashed and will not turn on.

What keyboard program is this? Perhaps it's not compatible with your iPAQ. If soft-reset does not bring it back, you may have to hard reset it and create new partnership and reinstall applications you installed before.
