ipaq 1950/1955 internet problem

I got my wireless orange livebox connecting to my ipaq but when I try and access the internet it asks for all sorts of proxies accounts etc etc, is there a simple place to find these or am iexpecting too much from my ipaq.I have looked on my main computer at the internet settings but none seem to straight match the questions the ipaq asks?

I have a iPAQ 1950 and I just cant get it connected via Wireless to my Orange Livebox. I have tried various ways with no luck, I have inputed my WEP key so many times and I have even turned off WEP security... still no luck. Can anyone help? has this been a problem with others?
