Not synchronizing with Outlook

Hi,

I'm having a problem when doing Hotsync because it's synchronizing with the Palm desktop software instead of synchronizing with the Outlook. Do I need to remove the Palm desktop software ? Help please.

When you initially initially install the software from the cd it should ask you whether you want to sync with the Palm Desktop or Outlook.

Have you got an icon on the toolbar of outllook that is the palm conduit

Reinstall and see if that fixes the problem.
