I have a Palm V. Recently I noticed duplicate entries in my addres book on the hand held and not on the desktop. When I try to hotsync I started getting error messages(it is trying to add some of the dupes to the desktop and visa versa). I had the Palm 4.2 desktop software, as well as Intellisync. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Should I reset the hand held and start over? I am running Win 2000 Professional and syncing my Calendar and Contacts with Outlook 2000. Any help would be most appreciated.
