IPAC 4700 and Bluetooth mobil 2003

until today my bluetooth was working fine. Evan after soft re-set in order to clear memory it still will not work. Under settings it tells me "Bluetooth is off to insert a bluetooth card and turn it on" It will not let me access the bluetooth manager. Any ideas ???

Are you turning on wifi at the same time or install any new input method programs recently? You may have to sync and backup your unit and hard reset it if nothing works.
