HP Image Zone not working

I recently discovered that my HP Image Zone has stopped working. I can't really recall what I actually did as I've not used the program for some while. What I am getting now is that when I try launching the program, or when I click on a picture file, I'll get a message stating "hpimgview.exe is not a valid application". Has anyone else experienced this?

I tried doing a search for this and there were some who had this problem, but no solutions were given. I'm hoping someone out there can help me out with this.

Have you tried soft-reset the iPAQ? If that does not work, you may want to backup the data or sync it with the desktop and hard-reset the iPAQ. Or You can try other 3rd party image viewer.
