I want to buy a PDA and i was wondering which Bluetooth-Chipsets are built-in in current Windows-Mobile Devices.

I was thinking about:

HTC TyTN Pocket PC
Asus MyPal-Series
Fujitsu-Siemens Loox-Series
HP iPaQ-Series
Toshiba e-Series

I would be very happy if anyone could help me.
