Activesync detects but can't connect

Hey,
Got this strange problem. Runing AS 4.2 with a qtek 9100. When I conenct the phone AS sees it (the networking part does its bit) but the sync just spins and eventually tmies out.

I've tried the following:
disable firewall
disable virus checker
disable all network devices
reboot,
delete and reinstall
hard reset

_EVERYTHING_

and i still cannot sync. ITS DRIVING ME CUCKOO! :D

You may have to configure your firewall to work with activesync instead of just turning it off. Here're troubleshooting guides;

There's also activesync 4.5 (beta) that you may want to try.
