My desktop computer was messing up on me the other day. Long story short: I reformatted and reloaded all my software into my desk top. Now I cannot sync with Outlook. I get and error message that reads: Cannot synchronize with Outlook profile you are using, because a different profile was previously set up or the profile is password-protected. Please open Outlook using the appropriate profile.
Support Code 0x8503001F.

I am going nuts with this issue. I have changed my profile in Outlook to the obvious choices for me and not luck.

I tried to find something on my IPAQ that would give me the profile name, but could not.

I don't use a password with Outlook.

I am stumped here.

I wanted to use the data in my IPAQ to restore my contacts and calendar in my computer.

Can anyone help me out with this issue?
