I've been successfully using my Visor Deluxe for almost four years now, until recently, when I started getting a "Record Not on Day" error, when entering or changing data in my DateBook+. When this occurs, I lose data, but only out of the DateBook+. It seems random, and I am now to the point of no longer trusting what's in my Visor. I do have an 8MB Backup Module, which I am now using after every important entry. I need to use it at least once/day to Restore my Visor, because of this error. I called Palm Tech Support, and after being walked through a number of hard resets and new backups to the Palm Desktop, I had lost more data, and was in worse shape than before. Someone must have seen this error before, and found an answer (I hope!).
Another problem... when doing Hotsyncs, I now get an error as follows...
"DataMgr,C, Line:6550, Index out of range". It's frustrating, but only requires a soft reset to fix it. I have no idea what this means, or how to correct or prevent it. Your help would be very much appreciated!
