Copying files to my 256mb SD Card

Besides getting an SD Reader for my laptop, I want to copy files to my iPaq using the shortcut placed on my desktop. In there, there are files from My Documents, but I don't see how I could place files to my SD card. I would have to copy it to My Documents, which is my iPaq Memory, then I do a manual copy to my SD Card. So please, anyone can help me?

Use the Mobile Device folder inside the host folder in Windows Explorer. Open Mobile Device and select Storage Card. You might try dragging the folder to the desktop (use the right mouse button and select create shortcut here).
