I have an iPAQ 3835. It came with Microsoft Reader. Shortly after I got it, I activated it by signing on to the Passport thing. I thought I would download a free book on the Reader website to see if I liked the concept of ebook. When I tried to download, I got the message I should activate. So, I clicked "activate". I got the message activation was successful and that I should look at my PC to see what else I needed to do. I did that and the message there was that I had already activated and did I want to redo it? Clicked yes. Tried to download the book; no luck. Went to the troubleshooting (precious little) and did all they suggested (deleting cookies, etc.) tried the whole thing again. Same result. What do you suppose the magic answer is?
