OK, first and foremost I apolgize if this has been discussed before, but I could use some help.

My Memos problem is driving me crazy, everytime I try to add a new memo I get the problem I described here (http://www.pdastreet.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67629). As such, I've been thinking about doing a hard reset to see if that clears the problem. But I have never done one, so I have a few questions..

1. Can I do a hard reset on my T5, then hotsynch it and everything will be hunky-dory again? Or...

2. Do I have to reload every program I've added?

3. Would/should a hard reset fix my problem (http://www.pdastreet.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67629), or am I just causing new problems?

Thanks in advance for any help provided, I am getting ready to leave on a business trip and would like to get this sorted before I go...

Cheers! M2

Try the "techniques" here (http://www.pdastreet.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67846) and see if that might fix the issue.

It sounds as though you've got a corrupted record.

Ended up doing a hard reset last night as SAM caused my Palm to go into some infinite error loop and it wouldn't reset. Anyhow, the hard reset took a while but it wasn't as painful as I thought. However, this morning I had SplashTravel cause another reset, so I deleted and reloaded it and everything has been hunky-dory since, with one exception. It doesn't appear that memos on my T5 and my laptop are actually synch'ing, as I created a memo on my laptop and it didn't transfer over to my T5 when I did a hot synch. Now that's just odd...
