my Ipaq 3970 has suddenly decided that the storge card is not there, any suggestions

if you have a card reader make sure removeable storage card has not be reformated, then preform a soft reset on ipaq and see if that solves issue.

Did that work for you Deejay1? I'm having the same issue with my 2GB SD Card in my hx2755. It worked for a couple of weeks and it just stopped. I don't have an SD Reader.
