can anyone help me with this issue? I have a samsung sphi700 and I try to download games and software but unableto read it , and i try to play videos but can't eith. what do i need?

What games and softwares did you try to install? You will need softwares that made for Windows Mobile platform. Perhaps you downloaded desktop installer, you will need to install Activesync on the desktop, connect your pda to the desktop and run the installer on the desktop. Activesync will install software to the pda for you.
What type of video are you trying to play? You will need 3rd party player to play other video formats that are not Window Media format.
