This is probably really simple, but I can't find the solution...Every time I have a data entry screen, the punctuation shift symbol shows up (the vertical line drawn upwards). Another "up line" doesn't get rid of it. What does? What does it mean? Thanks!

There is not enough data to be certain, but are you saying there is a vertical dividing line in the data entry box? If so, that is the dividing line between entering letters (left side of the line) and numbers (right side of the line). Otherwise, could you be a little more detailed in what line you are describing.

If you are talking about the up arrow that appears in the lower right hand corner indicating a "Shift" or "Caps" entry for the next Graffiti stroke - this is normal as the first letter is usually capitalized.

Try a back stroke (minus sign) across the letter portion of input and see if that will get rid of your "capital" shift indicator.

Thanks for you input. The punctuation shift is the vertical line you draw upwards in order to input certain punctuation marks such as square brackets, semicolons, etc. You finish off the input with a second punctuation shift.

I finally got rid of it with a soft reset.

Thanks again.
