My girlfriend has been using my M105 for the past 2 months and hasn't HotSync'd the palm ever. Therefore all of her information she has in there hasn't been backed up. Lately, when she has turned it on, the screen comes up with the "Use Stylus to tap center of target" and when u touch the screen it keeps on going with that scenario. It will never move onto the main screen with all the icons on it. I have replaced the batteries, and have tried to hotsync it but to no avail. Any ideas? I have tried customer service but they were no help. I don't want to hard reset because her info isn't backed up. Please help!!!
