Is Garmin software available for non-iQue Palms?

I want to get a Palm TX (not an iQue), and put Garmin software on it. Is this possible?

One possibility is using Garmin Mobile 10, comprising the Mobile 10x receiver and the Mobile XT software. You apparently won't get full screen at this incarnation of the XT software, but there's a clamor going up for Garmin to add full screen support.
