I managed to install Versamail on my Laptop running XP no problem at all, but can't get it to install on my desktop (also XP). The InstallShield application launches & then falls over with error message 1607 "Unable to install InstallShield scripting host". Palm support have suggested various solutions, none of which have worked. I can install other programs which use InstallShield.
Has anyone else encountered this and what do I do about it?
