Happy New Year everyone. I haven't posted here for a long time, but I need help.

For the past 3 or 4 months when I do a soft reset on my MDA, it starts back up, The Today Screen comes up, and then it starts vibrating and an alarm goes off and won't stop for like 10 or 15 minutes.

I have no clue if I have changed some setting I am not aware of, but it's starting to piss me off each time I do a soft reset.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

You probably have inappropriate notification events. You can use 3rd party utility such as
MemMaid
http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=14279
or SKTools
http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=14288
and delete duplicate notifications and null events that do not seem to belong. Make sure to backup beforehand.

Thanks AnswerDude. I didn't do as you suggested, but I did do a hard reset and it helped...
however...I am trying to sync my ringtones, and when I explore the device, I do not have a WINDOWS folder (like I did before the hard reset).
BUT, if I go directly into the MDA itself, and I go to File Explore, the windows folder is there and the ringtones folder I am looking for is there.

WHAT GIVES? And how do I get all of the folders that are on my MDA to be what I have on my PC?

On desktop File Explorer, do you have folder option set to hide protected operating system files?
