World Clock Stopped

Hi,
My first post. Forgive any faux pas. I got a Z22 for Xmas and after a few days the clock just stopped. I've updated it several times, reset the device several times to no effect. It stays at the time i set it for, basically rendering the device useless. Since it's obviously a software problem, I'd like to fix it rather than return it if possible. Thanks for any help.

Have you solved the problem of your stopped clock? I have the same problem and I am wondering how to fix it.

Nope, sorry to inform you. After several futile emails with Palm tech support I returned the damn thing and got a T|X instead. Very happy with the TX, though it is a hell of a lot more expensive.

have any of you tried a hard reset of the unit??
