Qtek 2020i

I have a Qtek 2020i (ebay buy) which is running windows mobile, all the programs are running and visible until I install my tom tom program and then this seems to disable some of my other programs and I cant adjust all my settings options like backlight etc

Is this problem still happening even after you soft-reset the pda? What version of TomTom are you using? Perhaps you need the latest version.

I have done a soft reset and a full reset I think the last owner set it to disable the programs when tom tom was added all i know is that it is tom tom navigator :confused:
