help ipaq1710 won't work

2 year old ipaq 1710 won't turn on, won't charge, won't soft reset - please help if you know anything I could try, thanks

If it used to work prpperly, try removing the battery and reinsert it. Perhaps it's not connected properly.

Thanks for your help - in the end I did a hard reset and it seems ok now. Had to put all the data etc back on though!
