Help..I've Lost All My Contacts

I did a hard reset on my IPAQ and have lost all of my contacts. My contacts were manually entered into my PDA. I am using Intellisync my appointments.

Is there any way I can retreive my contacts from my PC?

If you did not sync the contacts to the desktop or create a backup of your iPAQ then no you cannot. If you have the information in Outlook then sync the iPAQ then create new partnership and sync the data back. Or restore them from backup.
